For most of my career I’ve been building businesses around expertise. I’m an artist, educator, entrepreneur and systems thinker. Over the past decade I’ve built and grown multiple businesses in the creative education space, helping thousands of people learn to paint while developing a global audience and a multi-six-figure online business in the process.

Along the way I became fascinated not just with creating great work, but with a much deeper question: Why do some experts attract opportunity effortlessly while others struggle to be seen?

That question led me down a long road of studying marketing, positioning, systems thinking and more recently AI. What I discovered is that the most successful experts rarely succeed because they shout louder or market harder. They succeed because they become magnetic to their market. Their message resonates, their positioning is clear, and the systems behind their business consistently attract the right people.
